Proefnotitie

Licht robijnrode wijn met een complex parfum van rozenblad, aalbes, rode kers en cederhout. Intens fruitig en sappig met rijp rood fruit, opwekkende frisheid en fluwelige tannines in de smaak. Indrukwekkende afdronk met nuances van salie en zoethout.

Drinken bij

Prachtige, rijkgeschakeerde rode wijn om solo te drinken. Geweldig bij salade van eend met pijnboompitten, pasta met kikkererwten en paddenstoelen of zachte witschimmelkazen.
