Proefnotitie

Licht citroengele wijn met een expressieve geur van witte bloemen, appel, limoen en bijenwas. Slanke stijl met een intense smaak en verkwikkende zuren. De afdronk is mooi droog met nuances van grapefruitschil.

Drinken bij

Verfijnde, droge, opwekkende witte wijn om zo te drinken of bij smaakvolle (gekruide) gerechten. Mooi bij dim sum, Indiase curry’s, Thaise stoofschotels of jonge, harde kazen.

Houdbaarheid

Nu heerlijk; prima houdbaar tot 10 jaar na de oogst.
