Proefnotitie

Diep paarsrode wijn met een verfijnde geur van pruim, zwarte kers, vlierbes, kreupelhout en florale nuances. Mooi sappig en puur in smaak met frisse zuren en fijne, notige tannines. Lichte rokerigheid, peper en cacao in de lange afdronk.       

Drinken bij

Fraaie, kruidige rode wijn om te combineren met smaakvolle (grill)gerechten, zoals geroosterd rundvlees of wild, gebraden duivenborst met zwarte tagliatelle, chili con/sin carne of harde, oude kaas.

Houdbaarheid

Drinken vanaf 3 jaar en houdbaar tot circa 8 jaar na oogstdatum.
