De familie Accordini maakt deze wijn van de druivenrassen corvina veronese, rondinella en molinara, aangeplant volgens het pergolasysteem. Na de gisting verblijft de wijn in stalen tanks, voor behoud van frisheid en fruit. Twee maanden voor de verkoop wordt de wijn gebotteld. Een schoolvoorbeeld van een goede Valpolicella Classico, heerlijk bij talloze gerechten, het hele jaar door.

Proefnotitie

Volrodewijn met een pittig, fruitig aroma met gekonfijte nuances en een frisse, volle smaakinzet. De afdronk is vol fruit, soepel en met lichte tannine.

Drinken bij

Heerlijk bij koude vleesschotels (parmaham, droge worsten), risotto met paddenstoelen of pasta met vleesragout.

Houdbaarheid

Nu drinken, goed houdbaar tot drie à vier jaar na oogstdatum.
