Witte wijn van een Valpolicella-producent? Jazeker, en hoe! Valpolicella mag dan bij uitstek een rodewijngebied zijn, de Veneto (waar Valpolicella ligt) heeft minstens zo’n goede reputatie voor z’n witte wijnen uit bijvoorbeeld Soave, Custoza en Lugana.

Wijnmaker Tiziano Accordini

De familie Accordini maakt z’n witte wijn van de internationale sauvignon blanc en Soave-druif garganega. Eenmaal optimaal rijp worden de druiven met de hand geoogst. Na een korte schilinweking voor optimale aromatiek worden de druiven geperst en vergist het sap in roestvrijstalen tanks. De rijping met de gisten geeft de wijn een rijke smaak met een vleug toast.

De Tempus White is dan ook een geurige, sappige en intens smaakvolle witte wijn, die het bijzonder goed doet bij vele visgerechten of romige risotto met groene groenten. Een verrassende voltreffer van ons Amarone-huis Accordini!

Proefnotitie

Lichtgele wijn met een open geur van rijpe peer, perzik, limoen en brioche. De smaak is vol en zacht, mooi fruitig met evenwichtige zuren. Elegante afdronk met perzikschil en amandel.

Drinken bij

Heerlijke, sappige witte wijn voor alledag en gastronomisch breed inzetbaar. Fraai bij gerechten met stevige witvis, pasta met roomsaus of risotto met groene groenten.

Houdbaarheid

Nu mooi; houdbaar tot 3 à 4 jaar na de oogst.
