Lichtvoetig, vrolijk en sappig - dat is deze heerlijke Rosa uit de Italiaanse Veneto. Hij wordt gemaakt van klassieke blauwe Valpolicella-druiven corvina en rondinella. De druiven worden met de hand geplukt in wijngaarden nabij Lugana en het Gardameer.  

Bij binnenkomst in de kelder worden de druiven gekneusd en blijven de schillen kort in contact met het sap. Dit geeft de wijn z’n mooie lichtroze kleur. Na de persing vergist het sap in roestvrijstalen tanks en rijpt het kort op de gisten.

En dat levert een intens fruitige, sappige rosé op die doet denken aan de betere Chiaretto’s uit Bardolino. Hij is heerlijk op zichzelf, als borrelwijn of aperitief, maar ook bij lichte gerechten past ‘ie perfect. In combinatie met de scherpe prijs is dit een rosé om standaard in huis te hebben.

Proefnotitie

Lichtroze wijn met een intens fruitige geur van bosaardbei, framboos, watermeloen en groene kruiden. De smaak is opwekkend fris en sappig met klein rood fruit.

Drinken bij

Toegankelijke en veelzijdig inzetbare frisdroge rosato. Ideaal als aperitief, terras- of borrelwijn. Ook mooi bij lichte gerechten, zoals antipasti, carpaccio of salades met gerookte vis of kip.

Houdbaarheid

Nu drinken; houdbaar tot 3 jaar na de oogst.
